PARENTAL CONSENT FOR BAPTISM OF A MINOR
We are excited about your child’s desire to be baptized at our church. It is our desire to be sensitive to you, the child’s legal guardian, and therefore require your consent to baptize your child/children. Word of Life AG exercises baptism by fully submersing your child under water, which serves as a symbolic expression of one’s faith in Christ. Before each baptism of a minor, our pastoral team will speak with the parent or legal guardian as well as the child wishing to be baptized to make sure the child understands fully and has all questions answered. This form must be completed before any child age 17 or younger can be baptized at Word of Life AG .
